SHIPPING AND RETURNS
By making an online purchase with us, you are demonstrating a clear understanding you are ordering products that contain CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp. The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no medical claims. Before committing to a purchase, please ensure you take the time to understand the current legal status of CBD in your region. We will not be held liable for actions taken by local law enforcement entities.
Most orders ship out the next business day after the order is placed. We use negotiated rates with USPS and offer First Class, Priority, and Expedited options. Once your order ships, you will receive and automated email with tracking information. If you have delivery issues with your order, please first contact the local post office.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you and resolve the problem.
If you are still wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.
No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for return please feel free to email us.**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any products that have been opened or used.**
1) Email us at email@example.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
